🤖 Your Mission

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, automating, and operating the core infrastructure of our platform, ensuring scalability, resilience, and high development velocity.

🎯 What You’ll Do

☁️ Cloud & Platform Architecture

• Design and evolve our cloud architecture on AWS

• Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production

• Improve scalability, reliability, and performance of the platform

• Work closely with engineering teams to reduce lead time for releases

⚙️ Automation & Delivery

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

• Build and improve fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)

• Reduce manual work through automation and internal self-service

• Introduce advanced automation and AI-assisted tools into operational workflows

📊 Performance, Cost & Reliability

• Optimize cloud costs and resource usage

• Implement strong observability (monitoring, logging, tracing)

• Improve security and networking (VPCs, routing, private networking, IAM)

• Support low-latency, real-time workloads (voice and streaming)

😎 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments

• Real-world experience running Kubernetes in production (not just labs)

• Strong networking knowledge (VPC, routing, NAT, load balancers, DNS, etc.)

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is mandatory)

• Automation-first mindset (you avoid manual work whenever possible)

• Ability to work closely with engineering teams

• Comfortable using AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude Code or similar) to boost operational productivity

• Openness to integrating AI-based automation into day-to-day workflows
