๐ค Your Mission
As a Strategic Account Manager, youโll be the key link between our clients and Visor.ai, ensuring every partnership delivers real and sustainable value. Youโll manage relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support customers in achieving ongoing success.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
๐ค Strategic Account Management & Client Relationship
Serve as the trusted advisor and senior point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts.
Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned with each client's long-term business objectives.
Lead executive-level conversations, building relationships across C-suite and senior stakeholder levels.
Anticipate client needs proactively, mitigating churn risk before it materialises.
๐ Growth & Expansion
Own and drive the commercial expansion of your portfolio โ upsell, cross-sell, and new use case development.
Build compelling business cases and ROI-driven proposals in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
Act as a strategic consultant helping clients define ambitious automation roadmaps and efficiency targets.
Influence product direction by channelling strategic client insights into actionable feedback.
๐ Performance, Renewal & Leadership
Own renewal cycles end-to-end, with full accountability for retention and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.
Define and track KPIs that demonstrate solution impact, driving continuous value realisation.
Mentor junior Account Managers and contribute to the development of best practices within the CSX team.
Play an active role in shaping Customer Success strategy at the team level.
๐ What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Partnerships, with a track record of managing complex enterprise accounts.
Proven ability to own and grow commercial relationships, including renewal and expansion ownership.
Experience in contact center environments โ strong command of operations, performance metrics, and industry challenges.
Confident navigating senior and executive stakeholder conversations across diverse organisations.
Strategic, consultative mindset with strong commercial instincts and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a strong plus).
Background in banking or insurance sectors is highly valued.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
