🤖 Your Mission
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between our clients and Visor.ai, ensuring every partnership delivers real and sustainable value. You’ll manage relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support customers in achieving ongoing success.
🎯 What You’ll Do
🤝 Account Management & Client Relationship
Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth communication and continuous engagement.
Understand each client’s business needs and align strategies to maximize the impact of the Visor.ai solution.
Lead regular operational and strategic meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
📈 Growth & Expansion
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (new channels, use cases, or features).
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop expansion proposals.
Support clients in defining new automation and efficiency goals.
📊 Performance & Renewal Management
Monitor solution performance and adoption metrics, recommending improvement actions.
Manage contract renewals, ensuring retention and account growth.
Contribute to Customer Success strategy and share valuable client feedback with the Product team.
😎 What we’re looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Project Management.
Experience in contact center environments (ideally with knowledge of operations, metrics, and challenges) is preferred.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills across different stakeholder levels.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
Experience in the banking or insurance sectors is highly valued.
