š¤ Your Mission
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, youāll be the bridge between our sales and engineering teams, ensuring that our AI-driven solutions align perfectly with client needs. Your role will be to:
- Define & optimize the pre-sales process for efficiency and accuracy.
-Ā Understand client needs, identify potential challenges, and propose solutions.
-Ā Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor products to customer requirements.
-Ā Provide technical expertiseĀ and supportĀ in demonstrations of new products.
-Ā Assist in proposal preparation, aligning solutions with client needs.
-Ā Create detailed plans, including delivery timelines and cost estimates.
-Ā Conduct product testing to ensure quality and effectiveness.
-Ā Stay ahead of industry trends and keep tabs on competitors.
-Ā Share insights and best practices to improve our pre-sales strategy.
š Your Skills & Experience
- Education & Experience: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
-Ā 5+ years in pre-sales, business development, or similar roles in tech.
-Ā Technical expertise in at least one of Visor.aiās core areas: AI, data science, software engineering.
- Strong knowledge of cloud contact centers and automation software.
- Experience with API integrations, web services, and AWS Cloud.
-Ā Excellent communication skillsāable to simplify complex technical concepts.
-Ā Customer-centric mindsetĀ with a knack for building strong client relationships.
- Adaptability and agility to juggle multiple projects.
-Ā Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
-Ā Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
-Ā Native in Portuguese and fluent in English & Spanish.
