Currently, we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our amazing Customer Success team.
🤖 About the role:
First month:
- Support the project manager and the implementation success during the onboarding of new customers;
- Ensuring a good follow-up after onboarding;
- Daily analysis of customer history to ensure service quality;
- Give suggestions for improvement to the customer;
- Support customer issues.
Between 2-3 months:
- Ability to conduct customer onboarding and follow-up under supervision, both online and in person.
- Platform training for customers and colleagues;
- Gather customer feedback to ensure they are satisfied;
- Analysis of customer data to extract some KPIs;
- Conducting quality tests on the Visor.ai platform.
After 3 months:
- Ability to independently handle customer onboarding and follow-up online or in person.
- Ability to analyze different KPIs to assess points for improvement and added value in using the solution;
- Identify and quantify needs that help drive product improvements;
- Identify sales opportunities, such as upselling and/or new projects.
😎 About you:
- At least three years experience in customer service (preferably in banking and insurance areas);
- Experience in Call Center (mandatory);
- Strong communication and listening skills;
- Good ability to solve problems;
- Good negotiating skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Know how to deal with pressure and goals to be met: dynamism, resilience and ability to adjust priorities;
- Proactivity;
- Knowledge of Excel;
- Language skills – Portuguese (Native), English (B2) and European Spanish (B2).
Nice to have: - Knowledge of CRM and customer support tools are valued.
